Foss Mountain, Eaton, NH: awesome, very easy hike with crazy good views of our valley!
Burnt Meadow, Brownfield, ME: a little over 3 miles out and back with awesome views
Mount Chocorua, Albany, NH: only 500' shy, this hike wont check anything off of your "4000-Footers" list, but it does hike like one; a bit challenging but very rewarding views
