If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is March 31, 2025. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as “Not attending”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we need to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a +1, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of any children who are invited. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party and immediate family. We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun date night!

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before our 3:00 PM ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception.

We intend for the wedding ceremony to be held outdoors if the weather is on our side. This means that guests should consider wearing sunscreen and sunglasses if needed. With Newfoundland being the way it is, there's an equal chance of guests needing a warm jacket and gloves. If traveling from away, please look at the forecast and pack accordingly. In the case of rain, the wedding ceremony will be held inside the Grand Falls Golf Club's clubhouse. Cocktail Hour and the Reception will be held inside the Clubhouse.

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. For example, women are more than welcome to wear any semi-formal dress or outfit they would like. Men can wear a button-up, dress pants/khakis, and a suit jacket (if they so desire). Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Yes, there is ample parking space at the Grand Falls Golf Club. If you are planning to indulge in a beverage, it is safe to leave your car overnight in the parking lot. Also, Grand Falls-Windsor has a few options for taxi service if you would like to leave your car at home.

We kindly ask that you turn your phones on silent and put them away during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer covering our ceremony who will capture all the special moments. We would love to get a photo with you after the ceremony, or during the reception.
