We kindly ask guests to have their own travel arrangements to allow for full flexibility due to the time gap between events. Please designate a driver in your plans.

Although often common with Catholic weddings, we tried our best to minimize the time gap. We can only make do with the timing available from each venue. We understand this may pose as an inconvenience (we dare say, an annoyance, for some), but we hope our guests will do what works for them. It would mean so much to us if you are able to attend both events, but please do what works for you. In the end, we simply want to be with you on our special day.

There is ample self-parking on-site at this venue.

Guests should follow the signs to The Copper Room at Newlands Golf & Country Club.

While the dinner reception is planned as a buffet style, we will surely accommodate for our guests with special dietary restrictions. Please make sure to specify in your RSVP.

We have accounted for our guests who we are aware have a plus-one. In case we missed someone, please contact Melwin directly being this close to the wedding date.

Guests should expect cooler weather in the 50 degrees F (low 10s C) range with the possibility of rain. Expect cooler for evening reception.

Most Canadian retailers accept major US credit cards like Visa and MasterCard, although there may be a foreign transaction fee for purchases. Capitol One, Chase and Discover do not have foreign transaction fees, but may not be accepted everywhere. American Express also has no foreign transaction fee. If you would like to withdraw cash from an ATM, then find out the partner banks of your US bank in order to avoid the ATM usage fee. Exchange rate has been around $1 USD = $1.36 CAD for the last 30 days.
