This is the closest hotel to the reception, which is 15 minutes to the North. It's also relatively close to the other events downtown.

The Durham Hotel is a newly renovated boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Durham. It's within walking distance from all of the wedding events save for the reception at the Izlar Family Home. If you plan on staying in Durham for a few days, we can't think of a better home base to really get the Durham feel.

It's going to be a pretty busy house, but there's plenty of space for tents and hammocks if you don't want to drive after the reception.
