Where is your gift registry?
We are honored to have you at our wedding, and we are blessed to have all we need. If you are feeling generous, please use your gift budget to support someone you know in need or donate to your favorite charity.
What should I wear to the wedding?
There is no specific dress code. The wedding party will be in formal attire, but we encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel fabulous.
Note: San Diego is usually mid-60s and sunny in April, with extra breeze by the ocean where our venue is located. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so bring a sweater or jacket.
Are children invited?
This wedding is for adults only. We thank you in advance for arranging childcare.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is no designated parking at the museum. Due to the limited street parking and the open bar, we strongly encourage using Uber/Lyft or having someone drop you off at the event.
What kind of transportation should I use in San Diego?
San Diego is a car-dependent city. There is a bus and trolley service, but it is limited and will not bring you very close to the venue.
For out of town guests, we recommend Uber and Lyft as necessary for transportation. You can typically find a driver within 2-7 minutes of ordering.
Where should I stay in San Diego?
To allow for flexibility of our guests, we will not be reserving a hotel room block.
We have a tab called "Places to Stay" for accommodation recommendations.
What should I expect the day of the wedding?
Please use the address on our homepage to access the correct (back) entrance to the museum. Please avoid using Google search as there are multiple locations and multiple entrances.
Guests should arrive at 5pm for a welcome drink and live music before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour with light hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and dancing. The celebration will end at 10:00pm.
