Unfortunately, the venue we have chosen for our ceremony has a more limited occupancy than does the reception venue. Therefore, we can only accommodate a smaller, more intimate group for our ceremony and vows. That said, whether you are invited to both events or the reception only, we are SO excited to celebrate and share this day with you!

Nope! Even though it’s in September, Vegas is still pretty warm. So the smaller ceremony will be in the morning to beat the heat, and the reception will be at 5pm in the Arts District at one of our favorite breweries, Hudl Brewing!

For both the ceremony and reception we’d like you to come in classy casual. So what is that? Khakis and a polo, nice jeans and short sleeve button up, simple dresses, or maybe jeans and blouse. Think church, but the AC went out so it might be warm. We want you to be comfortable! But we also would like pictures we can hang on the fridge lol.

Because Las Vegas and Henderson have so many hotel, resort, and airbnb options, we decided to forgo an official room block. However, we did get a flat 15% off at a hotel named Aloft in Henderson, as well as a discount reservation link for its sister properties TownePlace and SpringHill Suites (also in Henderson). For those a part of the morning ceremony, we suggest staying in Henderson simply due to the time it takes to get down to the venue. Expect around 40-45 minutes from those hotels in Henderson or longer if you stay in Las Vegas proper.

If you are driving your personal vehicle or have already rented a car, we will make sure you have clear directions to the venue prior to 9/19. We will not be getting a shuttle bus though, so if you do not have a car to drive down in, we will work to coordinate a carpool for you. Please let us know if you plan to rent a car, are driving your personal vehicle, or if you will need a ride so we can make sure we account for everyone!
