We have rooms blocked at Hotel Goodwin, where we highly encourage everyone to stay. This is were the shuttle will be running from. Please use the link and code on the 'Travel' tab to reserve your room!

Yes! Shuttle pick up and drop off will be at Hotel Goodwin. First pick up for ceremony will be at 3:15. Second pick up will be at 4:00. There will be yard games, drinks, and activities available prior to the ceremony so please do not be afraid to take the first shuttle! There will also be two shuttles at night going back to the hotel at 10pm and 11pm.

Option 1-Rockford International Airport: ~33 minutes from venue. Closer, but may not have many flights from some cities. Option 2-O’Hare International Airport: ~1 hour 23 minutes from venue. Bigger airport with more flight choices, but farther from venue.

Black Tie Optional/ Formal Wear- Suit and tie, long dress, classy midi, elegant jumpsuit

Well we are in the Midwest, so it could be anywhere from about 30-70 degrees. The ceremony will be quick, but it will be outside so you may need a coat. We recommend checking the weather the week prior to see what the temperature looks like.

Yes! The Pavilion has plenty of parking by the barn where the reception will be.

As much as we would love your little ones to join us, the only kids we are going to have there are our flower girls and ring bearers.
