Our wedding will take place at Nelson Family Vineyards on 05/31/2025. The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM near the tasting room, followed by a cocktail hour and reception down the road—just follow the rust-colored ribbons along the fence to get there!

Semi-formal. Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so be prepared for some walking on dirt and grass—think stylish but comfortable!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early as we plan to start right at 4:00 PM.

4. Are there hotel accommodations nearby? Yes! There are plenty of options, and we’ve listed many of them on the "Travel" tab of our wedding website.

No formal transportation, but we’ve coordinated with a local taxi service, Gramp’s Taxi, to ensure they’re available that day/night. Uber and Lyft are not in the area, so please plan accordingly. If you need to leave your car at the venue, you may do so overnight, but please pick it up before 10:00 AM the next morning. We want everyone to get home safely!

We’re serving appetizers and dinner from Mi Ranchito, our favorite local Mexican restaurant! Enjoy a taco bar with three meats, rice and beans, and plenty of chips and salsa. Appetizers will be cheese quesadillas and chips & salsa to snack on during cocktail hour!

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring three signature cocktails, beer, seltzers, and wine (from our venue, of course—it’s a vineyard!). Please bring some cash to tip the bartenders—they’ll be working hard to keep the drinks flowing!

To arrive at Nelson Family Vineyards, turn onto Nelson Ranch Road from Highway 101. Continue straight until you reach the Tasting Room — please park along the left side of the road near the Tasting Room for the ceremony. 🚗 After the ceremony, you’ll need to get back into your vehicle and drive approximately one mile down Nelson Ranch Road to the reception area. Pass the entrance marked “The Oaks”, and park in the large dirt parking lot just beyond it. 📍 Important: Please do not drive down any private roads off Nelson Ranch Road, as those are residential areas.
