If you were not offered camping or on campus lodging, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Copper King with available info below. There are also many other housing and accommodation options in the Butte area.
Make sure to book accommodation ASAP, all Butte lodging will book out quickly due to the overlapping Montana Folk Festival.
Copper King Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection
This hotel is right across the street from the Butte airport, they even provide a free shuttle from the airport if you call and ask for them to schedule one for when your flight arrives. There are even dog friendly options available for your fuzzy ones!
Homestake Campus Lodging and Camping Information Below:
The Homestake Campus is going to be our own private retreat Thursday through Sunday, so get ready to build a whole new tribe complete with our favorite people on this planet.
If you are camping or staying on campus, all attendees are asked to contribute a flat $150 to help cover the cost of food, drinks, and lodging of the weekend. Please Venmo @rynooodynooo ASAP to reserve your spot.
Meals provided for all campers and on-campus guests:
Thursday Evening: Campfire desserts and drinks
Friday: Beautiful breakfast buffet followed by a lunch of Asian Buddah bowls, and wrapping up the day with a delicious homemade pizza dinner
Saturday: Breakfast will be another extensive breakfast lay-out, followed by build-your-own lox and bagels, and dinner will be a gourmet multi-course meal
Sunday: Hangover- healing greasy breakfast
If you would like to camp on the Homestake Campus but were not prompted during the RSVP, please reach out to Dani or Ryne to be sure that we include you in the head count.
BRING YOUR MOUNTAIN BIKES PEOPLE! There will be trip leaders leading rides for both experienced mountain bikers as well as some easy cruises. There is a connection to the Continental Divide Trail located just 3 miles from the venue!
The bunk rooms, yurt, and cabins have already been allocated to individual guests.
Camping at Homestake Lodge
The designated camping area is around a 5-10 minute walk from the Main Lodge, but a quick ride if you bring your bike.
You will be able to drive to the camping areas and will be directed to designated camping areas from there based on your camping set-up (tent/camper/car camping). There will be more information to come on this as we get closer to the event.
All campers will be provided portable toilets near the campsites as well as access to flushing toilets and showers in the Main Lodge. The Main Lodge will be available for getting ready for the day of the wedding: complete with electrical outlets, steamers/irons and space to store your suits/dresses for the weekend.
Homestake Lodge - Bunk Room
Sleeping Capacity: 12 - singles and bunk beds
Provided Amenities:
- Pillow with sheets and pillowcase
- Access to commercial kitchen for cooking
- Two large bathrooms each with double showers
- Direct access to the Lodge Great Room and porches for lounging
Guest is Responsible for:
- Sleeping bag or comforter (Reach out to Dani and Ryne if you would like help with these items)
- Bathing towels and toiletries
Homestake Lodge - Small Bunkroom
Sleeping Capacity: 8 - A queen bed, three twin beds and a full bed in bunkbeds, and a large couch.
Provided: The beds are made up with bed pad, pillows, sheets and duvet. You will have access to the licensed commercial kitchen for cooking and two large bathrooms each with double showers.
