Q + A

Is there a dress code?

It is recommended but of course not required that guests wear semi formal attire. An example of this would consist of men wearing a suit in any color and women wearing a nice dress or pantsuit.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP for you and your family by clicking the RSVP tab on this website and typing in your names that are listed on your invitation envelope. On the detail card in your invite will also describe the number of guests allowed for your party. Invitations will be sent out in Spring 2025. Another way to RSVP if you are not a tech savvy person is by texting or calling the bride to be (Sabrina) with the phone number that will be listed in your invitation that will be specifically mailed to you. All RSVPs must be completed by May 1, 2025. Late RSVPs will not be accepted and you will automatically be listed as “not attending” as we must provide a headcount to our vendors shortly after the date listed above. If you are unable to attend we would appreciate being notified at your soonest opportunity. :)

When do I need to RSVP by?

In order to be included in the guest count for our wedding you must RSVP by May 1, 2025. This is especially important to RSVP by this date in order for us to notify our vendors of an accurate guest count for planning and out of respect to the couple. Failure to RSVP by this date can put you at risk of not being included in important parts of the wedding such as seating or a meal and we don’t want this to occur!

Where can I stay if I am from out of town?

A list of hotels that are located in Vincennes, IN and nearby towns is listed under the travel tab for your convienence. Ultimately it is each guest’s responsibility to choose and book their own hotel room or find arrangements for a place to stay. Rooms are not blocked off for guests. We want guests to decide personally where they would like to stay upon their own preferences, whether this be at a hotel, an Airbnb, or with a loved one or friend! :)

Does the couple have a registry?

Yes, we are registered on Amazon and The Knot. You can access our registry by clicking the registry tab on our wedding website. By clicking the registry tab it will take you to a page where all of our registries are consolidated into one making it easy for guests to search and purchase. There are a variety of items handpicked by us that are located on our registry along with cash funds and gift card options. If you wish to purchase an item from the registry please be sure to mark it as purchased so there will not be duplicates. Our two cash funds are specifically intended for our honeymoon and for home improvement. If you wish to gift the couple a monetary gift through the cash funds you can do so by clicking on the cash fund, by mailing the couple a monetary gift, or by bringing either type of gift to the wedding. We are so grateful and thankful for any gift we receive but we are mostly excited to spend our special day celebrating with all of our family and friends!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to budget and venue size we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.

What if I have additional questions?

If you find you have additional questions you can contact the bride to be (Sabrina) at her phone number listed in your invitation. If you have Caleb’s contact info you can also reach out to him about any questions as well!
