Please RSVP by August 11 online using the tab here on the website! If you're having trouble submitting your RSVP, please contact the bride, groom, or parents of the bride. Be sure to answer all of the required questions, especially what you'd like for dinner!

Please do not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow the bride, groom, their families and bridal party to get pictures before the ceremony begins. If you’re planning on taking the shuttle from the Comfort Inn, it will be picking up guests at 3:15pm, 3:30pm, and 3:45pm. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

The ceremony will be held outdoors - there is no shade. An indoor, back-up location for the ceremony will be available if there is inclement weather. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors with the option to go outside on the deck (weather pending).

The dress code is cocktail attire. Guests should wear attire including suits, ties, jackets, cocktail dresses, and formal dresses. Please refrain from wearing the color white (ladies), jeans, and casual clothing.

The ceremony will be unplugged. You CANNOT take your own photos during the ceremony. The bride and groom have hired an awesome photographer who plans on capturing every special moment, so please keep your phones out of his shots! You are more than welcome to take and post photos during cocktail hour and the reception. We'd love to see things from your perspective, so please use the hashtag #Tomaskohitched if you're posting on social media!

A shuttle service will be offered from the Comfort Inn and Suites to the venue space. The shuttle will be picking up guests to go to the ceremony at 3:15pm, 3:30pm, and 3:45pm. The shuttle will make two trips from Mountain Valley during the reception to bring guests back to the Comfort Inn. Shuttle times will be posted in the lobby.

Aside from immediate family (specified by the bride and groom), this is an adult only occasion. Enjoy the night out!
