Everyone is more than welcome to stay at the Double Tree in downtown Schenectady, within walking distance of the venue! We have 10 rooms within the block, which are only available until July 25, 2024, so please book before then. There are many places to stay, so feel free to stay wherever, and do not feel obligated to stay where we got the room block. Please note that it is Travers Weekend in Saratoga, which may impact prices and availability outside of the room block.
