Our meeting was very lucky. Sadie's iPhone broke on her way to the Cape, so she ended up at an Apple Store that she wouldn't normally go to. Brandon was working that day and ended up helping her. The appointment was longer than expected (because Sadie forgot most of her passwords). A few days later, Sadie found Brandon on Facebook and asked him out.

They dated for a couple years in Boston until Sadie’s job brought her to DC. They navigated long distance for a little over a year, and despite the challenges being apart, Brandon was happy to visit to enjoy the food in DC. Eventually, the pandemic brought Sadie back home, and after a short while they moved in together in Newton in June 2021. They excitedly bought their first house in July 2022 and have loved learning how to fix a window, reset a garbage disposal, eradicate a mouse population, and fix holes (that they put) in walls together.

Brandon proposed on the Fourth of July on the beach in Chatham right before the 49th Annual Phelps Family Volleyball game. They are excited for the rest of their lives together!
