Yes, most of these things to do are food-related. Plenty of great local options on the Cape! An ideal Cape day consists of heading to the beach, walking and shopping around downtown, and ending with a great meal and drink by the water. Downtown Chatham, Orleans, and Harwich are all great to visit depending where you're staying!
Parking will cost you, but the waves here are awesome to jump around in! Arrive early to get a parking spot.
Try the dark chocolate sea salt caramels or just sample some fudge.
If you want to get out on the water, you can rent a boat or sailboat for the day!
Restaurants
Amazing Sushi with fresh fish - make a reservation or get on the waitlist and grab a drink downtown!
Great drinks + Italian food
Awesome breakfast at the Chatham Airport. You can stand on the runway and watch small planes take off. It gets busy, so go early! *Brandon’s personal favorite
Grab & Go
Coffee/sandwich shop downtown Chatham! Try the Salty Llama for lunch or the egg sandwich on a Portuguese muffin for breakfast. Coffee is a local roaster, and they have nitro cold brew on tap.
The Perk has two locations - one in town, and one in North Chatham. Coconut cold brew is the way to go.
The best breakfast burrito Brandon has ever had in his life. This is an almost daily staple when staying at Sadie’s mom’s house.
Drinks
Fun brewery - try the Summer Ale with beach plums!
Hotels count as activities for Hotelies! Beautiful resort on the water with exceptional service! Grab a drink outside by the fire pits and enjoy the luxury.
Iconic bar + restaurant. This is actually Sadie's "first place". After she was born, she was taken straight here from the hospital.
