Our Wedding Day activities will take place at Bay Pointe Woods starting with the bar opening at 4:45pm. Ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm. We have carefully planned our day to reflect our personalities, the love that we share, and our relationships with all of you!
We will have a variety of activities and events planned for the day, including pre-ceremony drinks, cocktail hour, yard games, dinner, dancing, and an after party fire at the fire pit on grounds (bring a chair and comfy clothes to change into if you plan to stay later).
We can't wait to see all of you on our wedding day and celebrate with you. Thank you for being a part of our special day.

We will kick-off our wedding celebration with a pre-ceremony mini cocktail hour. We have planned this special time for you to unwind and get in the celebratory mood.
Please note that we will have enough drinks for all of our guests and it will be an open bar!

This intimate and meaningful celebration will be held at Bay Pointe Woods outdoor Pergola on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 5:30pm.
We kindly request that all guests be seated at least 5 minutes before the ceremony begins, with drinks in hand, and phone put away on silent. This will give everyone a chance to find their seats and get settled before the start of the ceremony.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that no phone should be present during this time. We have hired one of the best photography teams and videographer to capture these moments. We would hate for your phone to be captured and ruin an otherwise beautiful image.

Cocktail hour will take place outdoors immediately following the completion of our ceremony. We will have a selection of drinks available, including cocktails, wine, beer, and mocktails. We will also have a variety of light snacks and hors d'oeuvres for you to enjoy.
We encourage you to take this time to catch up with old friends and make new ones.

Dinner will take place indoors immediately following the completion of our portraits.
Once we arrive as Mr. & Mrs. our DJ will announce that we will be going around the room to each table to take a photo. Please be at your table and ready when we announces this!
We will have two-three bars open, providing cocktails, wine, beer, and mocktails. This is an open bar event.

During the dancing and yard game portion of our reception, we will do a variety of typical wedding festivities - garter toss, bouquet toss, first dance, FOTB dance, MOTG dance, etc.
During this time we will have two-three bars open, providing cocktails, wine, beer, and mocktails. This is an open bar event.
At around 10pm a late night snack will be available inside of the venue. These options will be added soon.

The after party fire will take place outdoors immediately following the completion of our reception.
At this point, all bars will be closed. We are able to stay up as late as we would like, so long as we keep the noise level to a minimum.
