Planning For The Big Day

When should I RSVP ?

We kindly request that you RSVP by April 11. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated, as it will assist us in finalizing all the necessary arrangements for our special day. The deadline allows us to provide our vendors with an accurate headcount and create a seating chart that ensures everyone has a wonderful time.

How do I RSVP?

Upon receiving your formal invitation, please click on the 'RSVP' tab. You can easily fill out the online form with all required information, and any dietary preferences or restrictions. If you're unable to RSVP online, feel free to contact us directly at 248-535-1328 and provide us with your response.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, so we kindly request that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to participate in our pre-ceremony mini cocktail hour. Arriving earlier will give you enough time to find parking, check in on-site if needed, and locate your seat in the ceremony venue. It also allows us to start the ceremony on time, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. If you're traveling from out of town or are unfamiliar with the area, we recommend giving yourself some extra time to account for any unexpected delays. We want you to have a stress-free and enjoyable time with us. If you are staying at a hotel off-site be sure to arrive early enough to check-in with buffer time to travel to the ceremony location.

Can I bring a guest?

If you have a plus one they will appear under your name when you go to RSVP. If you don't currently have one listed, but you'd like to bring a guest, reach out to Sadie or Zach and they will see what they can do! ;)

Are kids invited?

We hope our wedding night is a joyful celebration for everyone and party into the night! While we love having little ones around, festivities are more geared towards adults. We encourage you to take the night off and enjoy yourselves with us! If finding childcare is an issue, please let us know.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor, reception will be indoor! Given that our celebration is scheduled for the middle of May in Michigan, we cannot guarantee any particular weather but will send out more information via our wedding RSVP management system about weather forecast the week before!

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Wedding updates and other FAQ's will be available on this site upon the arrival of your formal invitation. We will also provide any necessary updates via our website RSVP management system which will text or email you should the need arise! After you receive your formal invitation, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!

Day Of Questions

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony, and that all phones be silenced. We have invested in a videographer and photography team to capture this point in our wedding and would love for it to be unobstructed by cell phones. We truly believe that this will help create a serene and intimate atmosphere for our vows. However, once the ceremony is over and we're ready to celebrate at cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like! We can't wait to see your candid shots and share the moments of our celebration. You can share any photos you take here. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Jw4Vq9ZiE42zzYoa7

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Absolutely! If you do, please make sure to tag us so that we see all of the memories made on this special day!!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner, and late night snack options in the evening. More details about meals will be updated upon the delivery of your formal invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The bar will open at 4:45 pm before our 5:30 pm ceremony to allow guests an opportunity to grab a celebratory drink. Up to 3 separate bars will be open for the duration of our celebration.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

There will not be a large gap between the ceremony and reception! Cocktail hour should be close to a true hour :)

What time will your wedding reception end?

The open bar will close around 11:45pm. Our wedding reception will officially end at 12:00 am. We are able to continue the celebration at the venue fire pits, however noise must be kept at a neighborhood level.
