The "T" is a convenient way to get around Boston fairly quickly.
S.t Joseph's Church is a few blocks walking distance from the Bowdoin Stop (Blue Line) or the Charles/MGH Stop (Red Line).
The Lenox Hotel is one block from the Copley Stop (Green Line).
After arriving at Logan Airport, you can take the "Silver Line" bus and transfer to the Red Line at South Station. Alternatively, you can take the "Blue Line" Bus, which drops you off at the "Airport" subway stop. Both options take equal time.
Each ride is $2.65, and "CharlieTicket" cards can be purchased at the machines in each stop.
Boston also has many public taxis (White), which can take you anywhere in the city. From Logan Airport to Copley Square, the fee should be around $15-25. This is the easiest option when carrying luggage.
