The ceremony starts at 11:30am, so we suggest you arrive between 11-11:15am so you won't have to rush to find your seat.

Since it is a destination wedding we assume you'll be staying a while. We recommend staying at least 3 days to get the most of your trip. August 29th, 30th, and 31st We do not have a room block so you should book your rooms individually. However, we were able to guarantee a rate for 60 days so if you book your room between April 20th- May 31stshuld be able to get guaranteed price. Any rooms booked after May 31st are not guaranteed a deal and you will have to pay full price unless you luck into a promo on the website itself. As of right now (Jan. 2025) a singles' room booked Aug 29-31st is on average $802 though I have seen rooms as low as $735 per room for the three days and this is with no promo included. Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. The ceremony will take place outside on a deck as long as the weather is decent and the reception will be held on a rooftop overlooking the palm trees and beach.

The ceremony starts at 5pm so arrive at the ceremony site between 4:30- 4:45pm.

We are having a White wedding; so we ask that on Aug.30th you wear white cocktail attire! Yes, men you can wear khaki/linen/sand color pants. No black on the wedding day please!
