If you need to make any changes to the reservation if you go through the room block (i.e. change from one king bed to two double beds), let Sallie know so she can talk to her point person at the hotel. If you have any issues with the room block then just let Matt or Sallie know.

This hotel is eight miles (roughly 12-15 minutes) from Calamigos Ranch.

We will more than likely provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel and Calamigos Ranch. If you choose to stay at a different hotel then you can still take the shuttle, but it will be leaving from the Sheraton. It is also a cheap Uber/Lyft ride from the hotel to Calamigos Ranch.
