FAQ

Do I have to RSVP online?

Yes, please RSVP on this website specifically. It will be almost impossible for each of us to remember by just text or calls, so it is much easier for everyone to RSVP on this website so you and your plus ones are accounted for.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 12th, as this will give us plenty of time to make food and seating arrangements for you and your plus ones!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Yes, please let us know who it is in your RSVP and if they have any dietary restrictions. Please RSVP twice if you did not include them in your first submission.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Absolutely! We love kids, but please remember it is a formal event on a mountain top and we ask that they do not go running around. This is for their safety. There will also be alcohol, so please keep an eye on your kiddos!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

The address for the ceremony and reception are the same as they are in the same venue. The address is located on the home page. The venue is wheelchair accessible, as everything is one level.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

The current wedding day itinerary goes as follows (We will try to follow as best we can, but it may be changed due to fluctuations of the day): Ceremony: 4pm-4:30pm | Reception Begins: 4:45pm | Dinner/Hot Cuts Perform: 5pm | First dance: 5:30pm | Mother/Daughter: 5:35pm | Mother/Son: 5:40pm | Best Man/Maid of Honor Speech: 5:45pm | Open mic/speeches: 6pm | Open the dance floor to the guests: 6:15pm | Cake Cutting: 6:30pm | Bouquet toss: 6:45pm | Send-off: 7:30pm | Reception Ends: 9pm or 10pm | Clean-up: 10pm-11pm | Venue Closes: 12am

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Yes! It is 15 mins. The bride and groom will take a short recess to collect their thoughts as a newly wedded couple before mingling. We will try to get all our photos done before the ceremony so no one has to wait too long for supper!

Can I have my phone out at your ceremony for pictures?

Yes, but do not turn on the flash or stand/lean into the aisle. There will be a photographer there to take all the photos you want. We love that you want to take photos, and we encourage you to send them to us afterward! Please be respectful of our day and time as well. :)

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if possible so you may get situated in parking and grab a good seat! If you come earlier than that we might put you to work! ;-)

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. The wedding will be at the end of May, so please wear something light and comfortable.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code is business casual, or Sunday best. Interpret that however you wish, and wear something light and comfortable as it may be warm. The wedding colors are dusty blue, sage green, and lavender purple.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

You can bring smaller gift sized items to the venue, but it is preferred that you mail it to the bride's home address. We are honored to receive anything you bring, but please remember we have small cars. LOL! If you need the address, please message Sally!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Comfort food! There will be brisket, chicken, turkey and sides of all kinds to go with it. Mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and green beans. We'll have some vegan options as well! If you bring anything food-wise to the wedding please make sure it does not have peanuts or molasses/brown sugar in it as the bride and groom are highly allergic. There will also be alcohol such as beer and wine.

Will you be live streaming your wedding?

Yes, for those who are unable to travel due to health and/or distance will be able to view our ceremony via Facebook live.

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Wedding updates will be posted on our wedding website, and we will try to contact everyone via Facebook and/or phone if anything big changes like weather, etc.

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

It is preferred that you contact Noah or I over Facebook Messenger if you have it, or by phone. Please don't bomb our phones with questions on the day before or the day of. We will likely not answer them at that time due to setting up our wedding.
