We wish we could have everyone we know celebrate with us at both the ceremony and reception! However, due to limited space, our reception will only be close family and friends, and those travelling far. We’re so grateful to have you join us for the ceremony and share in this special day with us!

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1, 2025, so we can provide accurate counts to our vendors and finalize our planning. If you’re unable to respond by this date due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us directly.

We want you to feel comfortable and stylish! We’re requesting cocktail attire with a fun, garden-party twist! What does that even mean? Think light, breathable fabrics and cheerful summer tones! For women, we suggest flowy dresses, midi or maxi lengths in pastel or neutral colors, paired with comfortable shoes for an outdoor setting. For men, a lightweight suit or dress pants with a crisp button-down shirt in lighter shades is great! Feel free to skip the tie or opt for a fun bowtie!

Rain or shine, the ceremony is to be held outdoors! The reception following will take place indoors.

All invited individuals are specifically named on the invitations. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invitation. We wish we could accommodate everyone, but it is just not possible! Thank you for understanding!

We kindly ask everyone to RSVP by the deadline so we can make sure there’s a seat and a meal just for you! If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided it will automatically be marked as “no.” Thank you for understanding!

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and a seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

We kindly request that guests keep their phones and cameras away during the ceremony so we can all stay present in the moment and assure our photographer and content creator can get the best photos possible.

We are having a buffet styled catered meal! If you do have any dietary restrictions, please submit through your RSVP or contact Kaytee or Sam directly!
