For those driving in, there is discounted parking available at the Hyatt. The Hoppes find it convenient to take the train into Boston's South Station and then Ubering to the hotel. For anyone flying in, Logan International Airport is closeby and the Hyatt has a complimentary airport shuttle. We deeply appreciate you traveling for our big day!

To summon an Uber, enter the hotel address and the address where you’re going as per usual. After you select which Uber type you want, the next screen will allow you to scroll until you get to “hotel/rental center” Select this. (bypass baggage claim and terminal B). The next screen will allow you to scroll to Hyatt. Select this and then confirm.

Yes! We will be kicking off the weekend with welcome drinks on Friday, May 2nd in the Aquitania Room at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor around 8:30 pm. Come say hi and grab a drink! We will also host an after party at the hotel once the reception is over for those who don't want the night to end yet.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be held in a pavilion. It is looking like it will be in the high 50’s/ low 60's and windy. But Boston weather can change at a moment's notice! We recommend avoiding spiky heels for the grass and bringing something in case you get chilly.
