Sylvan Dale is between mile markers 84 and 83 on US 34. As you near the Ranch from the east (Loveland), watch for the covered wagons on the right side of the road. The wagons will signal that you are approaching the ranch entrance. Turn right through ranch entryway and down the hill past the Sylvan Dale horse barn and across the Big Thompson River. Turn right at the old silo and follow the signs to the office. If you miss the first entrance, turn right just before the Dam Store, on County Road 22H. Signs will lead you past the Sylvan Dale horse barn on County Road 31D and north across the Big Thompson River. Take the first right after the bridge and follow signs to the Sylvan Dale office.

During the day, bring plenty of water and sunscreen for the Colorado sunshine and elevation. Drink more water than normal to help stay hydrated. The foothills are known for passing afternoon storms, so pack a rain jacket for your travels. An extra layer is suggesting for the evenings, as the temperature cools off as the sun goes behind the mountains!

Sylvan Dale is a 20-minute drive into the foothills from downtown Loveland/TownePlace Suites. The ranch has ample event parking if you prefer to drive to the venue. We will provide transportation via shuttles from the hotel block at TownePlace Suites to and from Sylvan Dale as Uber and cell reception are limited. Alcohol is allowed on the shuttles!

Cell phone service is patchy, so please plan accordingly before your arrival! Verizon has a strong signal in the Heritage Lodge and AT&T only has good reception at the Sylvan Dale entry gate. When you’re hooked up to wifi, you should be able to make calls using your provider’s wifi calling option. Sylvan Dale's house phone in the lobby is available 24/7 with complimentary international or domestic long distance along with local calls.

Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the main ranch grounds, including lodging rooms. The signal will not be strong enough to stream, so if you plan on watching movies from your device, make sure to download them prior to arrival.

Yes! Please bring your ID if you plan on drinking alcohol. We will host open bar beer and wine on Friday and an open bar + signature cocktails on Saturday.
