Reception Shuttle Schedule
SHUTTLE SCHEDULE:

To the Reception (from the hotel):
Shuttle: Departs TownPlace Suites at 4:45 PM
*Please arrive 10 minutes early as this will be the only shuttle out to the ranch! Shuttle meets out front near lobby.
Returning to the Hotel (from Sylvan Dale):
Shuttle 1: Departs Sylvan Dale at 10:15 PM
Shuttle 2: Departs Sylvan Dale at 11:30 PM
Shuttle 3: Departs Sylvan Dale at 12:30 AM
Transportation to the Venue
We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the venue on August 16th, as Uber and cell reception are limited.
Sylvan Dale is a 20-minute drive into the foothills from downtown Loveland/TownePlace Suites. The ranch has ample event parking if you prefer to drive to the venue on Saturday.
TownePlace Suites Loveland Fort Collins
We have a block of rooms at the TownePlace Suites Loveland. Please use the link below to book the room with our wedding code applied!
We will provide shuttles to and from the celebration party at Sylvan Dale on Saturday, August 16, 2025. See below for more information.
Check in starts at 3:00pm and check out is at 12:00pm. Free breakfast is Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 - 11:00am.
Last day to book at the group rate will be July 4th, 2025.
Denver International Airport
Loveland is located about an hour north of Denver.
For those flying, we recommend routes into Denver International Airport and renting a car via your preferred car rental company.
If you are unable to rent a car and need car service, we recommend Uber or Genesis Executive Transportation.
