We are having a Catholic Nuptial Mass Ceremony. It will be approximately one hour long. This is the most important part of our whole day, and we hope you'll be there to support us in saying yes to our vocation as a married couple!

Non-Catholic guests should still feel welcome to attend and observe the wedding rituals. During communion, if you are not Catholic or not a practicing Catholic, we ask that you respectfully not receive communion. Instead, you may remain seated or go through the line with your arms crossed over your chest to receive a blessing from the priest. Let the bride or groom know if you have any questions!

For the ceremony, there is plenty of space to park at the church. There is a side parking lot to the left of the church that you are free to park in. For the reception, there is free parking on the premises. If you choose to drink at the reception, please be safe and responsible and plan for a ride to your hotel! For those looking to party hard, we recommend leaving your vehicle at your hotel, and then getting a ride to and from the reception.

The Nuptial Mass ceremony starts at 1:00pm at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church. Please be there at least 10-15 minutes early to be seated!

Our reception is at the beautiful Lake Windsor Country Club. It's about a 20 minute drive from the church to the reception venue. You can arrive any time after the ceremony for the Cocktail Hour. Seating for dinner begins at 4:30 so please plan to be there before then!

The attire for the wedding is cocktail, which is just a step under formal. We recommend men wear ties and/or suits and women wear nice dresses. (Please no jeans.) Please note that Mass will be held in a Catholic Church and will call for a great degree of reverence. Please be respectful in dress during the Mass, including the length and fit of dresses. It will likely be warm in late June, so plan your outfit accordingly. Thanks for dressing up for our special day!

While we'd love to accommodate everyone, we are being respectful of a guest limit. Plus ones will be addressed on your formal invitations or indicated when you RSVP on the website. We appreciate your understanding!

When you RSVP please let us know of any allergies. We are happy to accommodate, but can only do so if you let us know ahead of time. Same with kids meals! When you RSVP please let us know if your child needs a kids meal.

Please see our travel page to browse through nearby hotels! We will block off some hotel rooms soon! There are also many other hotel options nearby on the east side of Madison if you want to choose a different option!
