The rehearsal dinner will be outside by the beach that will include an open bar along with our favorite cocktail (tequila of course), buffet style dinner that includes variety of choices for salads, appetizers, a live station, and a dessert table.

Appetizer: Salmon 'tiradito' citrus soy sauce, cilantro and watercress salad

Soup: Zucchini cream with sundried tomato oil, English peas and corn

Main Course: Beef Fillet with caramelized shallot potato puree, vegetable ragout and bordelaise sauce (medium well)

Dessert: Traditional tres leches cake served with strawberry, kiwi, and peach coulis and vanilla crocont
