Our highest priority for this event is to ensure the safety of our guests. In order to protect all in attendance we kindly request that all guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If for any reason you have not been vaccinated we appreciate your cooperation in staying home. In addition to the vaccine requirement, we’ve decided to ask all guests to take a COVID test prior to attending any of the weekend events.

COVID Testing: To make this as easy as possible, we purchased enough rapid self-tests (BinaxNow Antigen Self Test) for every guest. This is a simple, non-invasive nasal swab test that can be done in just 15 minutes. Please get tested within 48 hours of coming to any weekend event.

Kits will be available at the Skamania front desk (or delivered directly to you if you are local). Each kit contains 2 tests, so please request whatever quantity you need when you check in. For those that are not staying at Skamania, reach out to us and we'll coordinate how to get the tests to you. In addition, we also will have extra tests at the Welcome Dinner and the Ceremony in the event you need one. For those traveling from far away or that will be heading straight to a wedding event upon arrival, feel free to get tested prior to departure.

Mask requirements: All wedding events will be held outside and will not require masks. We look forward to seeing everyone’s smiles!

If you plan on taking the shuttle between Skamania Lodge and Stonehedge Gardens for the Welcome Dinner you may be asked to wear a mask during the ride. Washington and Oregon still have indoor mask mandates, so also plan on having a mask indoors at Skamania. In addition, we recommend you take a photo of your vaccine card, as it may be required at other venues that you visit on your own.
