If you're traveling from afar, we both appreciate your willingness to come to our big day! We hope this page will offer some information to help your traveling research go more smoothly.

Airports

There are a few airports that you may be able to fly into within reason. The Hagerstown Regional Airport (HGR) offers some flights from smaller and even larger airports up and down the east coast. This airport is the closest to Hagerstown and Frederick—the two closest cities for hotels—and the venue itself; within 30 minutes. The Baltimore Airport (BWI) and the Dulles Airport in DC (IAD) are the two larger airports within our area. You can also fly into Reagan (DCA). These are about 1.25-1.5 hours from our venue and about the same distance to both Hagerstown and Frederick.

Places to Stay

We recommend you check out options in Frederick or Hagerstown for hotels. These cities are equidistant from our venue—around 20-30 minutes. Frederick is much larger; it is the second-largest city in Maryland. Both of these cities have plenty of upscale and economy hotel chains.

There are also plenty of Airbnb, historic inns, and other homestay-sharing services with housing availability close to our venue. We recommend you check some of these out as well!

Transport

For transportation around your city or to the venue, ride-sharing services or vehicle rental may be the best option. Though both Hagerstown and Frederick have public transportation, they won't be able to take you to our venue. If you need transportation on or around our day, feel free to contact the bride or the groom; we both have family and friends within the area who would be happy to help!
