Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, which begins at 4 PM.

Busses will depart promptly at 3:15 PM from the parking lot of the Embassy Suites (next to the Homewood Suites). There will only be the one opportunity at 3:15 PM to take the bus to the venue. Buses will arrive at the venue at 9:30 PM following the ceremony and reception to return guests to the Embassy Suites.

Yes, this is a working farm. However, please do not approach the animals. When entering the property, please head directly to the white barn in the back and do not enter other areas of the farm unattended.

The farm is under a burn ban and is a smoke free venue.

Please wear formal attire.

Guests can park in the grass lot in front of the white barn at the venue.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Then, the reception will be held indoors.
