Till Death...

Sam and Brian met in the wild. Brian frequented Sam's work in 2011, back when the coffee wasn't so watery and the sandwiches' were made with care. Brian thought Sam was pretty cute even though she tucked her ears into her baseball hat and smelled of Italian meats and Amoroso rolls after her shift. Sam thought the same of Brian, even though he dressed like Chandler from Friends and wore a plastic pleather jacket that squeaked (and somehow smelled of leather).

After Sam won Brian over with her artisanal meatball hoagies, which she perfected by breaking the company's toaster oven policy, they went on their first date. They got coffee while looking over the stunning vista of the Northeast Airport. Unbeknownst to them, they would be traveling all over the United States and Europe in the future.

Over the years they have fallen more deeply in love with each other. They have traveled all over with their closest friends and family. Sam has kept things interesting by coming up with: starting a photography business, moving to a state they have never been before, buying a house sight unseen from across the country, and adopting the ugliest, fattest, least loved cat at the shelter. Sam has supported Brian through his guitar addiction, it's not too bad being serenaded on a regular basis. They always support each other, even in their crazy endeavors.

In 2023, after 4,582 days together, Brian decided that he could fathom being together forever with Sam. He proposed to Sam at their favorite beach. Sam cried and waited too long to say "Yes!", which made Brian nervous. Everyone on the beach clapped anyway.

Sam thought it would be a great idea to get married across the county in a place she had never seen or visited before. Getting married at the beach they always frequent, 45 minutes away, would be too practical. Plus, she saw it on her favorite show Mad Men in 2015. And they both fell in love with the landscape of the Pacific Coast on their trip with their best friends. Why not start forever with another adventure?
