There are several hotels that are closest to the venue. We recommend the Hilton or the Red Lion! There are also plenty of cute AirBnbs available near Flathead Lake that would be within driving distance of the venue. We have a few suggestions listed under the Travel section of our website.

There are Ubers/Lyfts available in the area, but we would recommend scheduling one ahead of time to secure a ride.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only occasion unless noted on your RSVP.

Yes! There is a large parking lot right in front of the venue for close and safe parking. If needed, you are welcome to leave your car overnight but will need to move it before 9am the next morning.

Please RSVP no later than August 15th so we can save you a seat.

Yes! We are hosting an open bar (woohoo), as well as a buffet style dinner. Later, there will be cake and late night snacks provided.

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are asking that everyone comes in cocktail attire, feel free to add your own country twist. We recommend dancing shoes for later in the evening, because if you know us, you know that we love to dance!

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
