Our Wedding

We met back in 2022 by swiping right on the dating app, Hinge- the app designed to be deleted! At the time we were living two hours apart, and wouldn't have met otherwise. Before driving to meet each other in person, we started the conversation over FaceTime and talked way longer than planned. After realizing we had a lot in common, we had our first date in Santa Cruz, CA at a Hawaiian tiki restaurant. Then the rest was history.

How We Met

We had a two and a half week trip planned to Japan. About halfway through the trip, Eric proposed while on a hike in Kyoto under the beautiful bamboo in the famous bamboo forest, Arashiyama. After spending a wonderful day wondering around shrines and eating plenty of ramen. Random locals were clapping, alongside new friends that were made while on the trip. We plan to go back to Japan for our honeymoon, because we had the best time and couldn't imagine anywhere else to start our marriage.

If you’re up for a hike, wildlife, and some beautiful views- We recommend checking out Glacier. It is truly one of the most beautiful places!

If you want some great coffee in the morning, this is one of our favorite coffee spots in Downtown Kalispell. They offer a military discount and have yummy food trucks out front!

Right outside of our venue is a cute little coffee shop that’s open 6a-5p each day except for Sunday that’s 7a-4p! Just in case you need a little pick me up before the ceremony.
