The Ballroom at the Ben is approximately a half mile from the Loews Hotel. A complimentary shuttle will run from the Hotel to the venue starting at 4:15 pm. There will also be shuttle services available at the end of the reception and after party heading back to the hotel.

If you plan on driving to the venue, there is an hourly rate parking lot directly across the street from the Ballroom at the Ben.

You are also welcome to pay to park at the Loews Hotel and utilize the transportation services (even if you are not staying over).
