Where can I fly into?
You can fly into Louisville (SDF), Lexington (LEX) 1 hour away, or Cincinnati (CVG) 1.5 hours away.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms a one or more hotels?
Yes, a large block has been secured at AC Marriott. Additionally a promocode is available for Hotel Genevieve. Please visit the HOTEL section on the wedding website for direct links.
What is the dress code?
Formal wedding attire is preferred.
What will the weather be like?
Average temperature in August in KY is 85° high and 65° low. We will provide a limited number of parasols for guests during the ceremony & cocktail hour to protect from the sun.
Can I bring my kids?
Unfortunately, this is an adults-only wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
Will there be shuttles to/from the wedding?
There will be a shuttle for the wedding party only. The venue has ample parking onsite, and we also encourage you to use UBER or LYFT.
Is your ceremony/reception inside or outside?
Ceremony will be outside in the garden, Cocktail hour outside on the south lawn, and the Reception is inside.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there are 200 parking spots at the venue. You will walk approximately 50 yards to the venue from the parking lot.
What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 5pm. If you arrive after that time we will kindly ask you wait until the ceremony is over to enter the venue.
How can I let you know if I have dietary restrictions?
There will be space on our formal RSVP card to indicate your dietary restrictions.
Will there be an open or cash bar?
Our wedding will be an open bar, but encourage you to tip the serving staff onsite.
