Wedding Weekend Itinerary

We encourage all guests to stay on-site at Jimbo's and participate in a full Adirondack experience. There are different room options. You can stay in a cabin with beds and bunks (great for families or groups of friends), or a hotel style lodge room. All rooms and cabins have private bathrooms. Rooms have beautiful views of Brant Lake and the Adirondack Mountains. Cabins contain one queen bed and multiple bunk beds. Cabins can sleep up to 8 comfortably. The bunks can be pushed together to make a double bed if requested when booking - if another larger bed is needed. Lodge rooms are limited and contain king or queen beds. A cot can also be added to some of the rooms for a child. There are two rooms with a queen bed and a loft that contains two twin beds – appropriate for kids over 6 years of age Pricing/rates: • Hotel Style Lodge Rooms (Belvedere and the Lodge) are $130 per night for up to two people.• Additional guests and children ages 3 – 12 staying in hotel style rooms will be charged $32.50 per person per night.• Cabins are $90 per night for up to two people. The more people you have staying in a cabin, the less expensive it is per person.• Additional guests over age 12 staying in cabins will be charged $20 per person per night. Children ages 3 –12 will be charged $10 per child per night.**Children under 3 are free in all rooms. Please note that we do not provide cribs. Parents with small children should plan on bringing Pack ‘n’ Plays.

Just indicate on the RSVP (or text us at 908-300-7850) as to how many nights you would like to stay and what type of room you are interested in. We will reserve the room through Jimbo's for you. If Jimbo's has no more rooms available, please visit the travel section on the website to find other nearby accommodations. For guests staying on-site, when you arrive:Please enter the grounds and drive all the way to the end and temporarily park in the cul-de-sac, check in will be in the Library, so that is the most convenient place for you to hop out and check in. Payment will be due at check in (sleeping arrangements and breakfast), all major credit cards are accepted (and cash, but no personal checks). Once you check in, you will be assigned a room in the one of the lodges or in a cabin. You will also receive instructions as to where the best place for you to park for the weekend will be. Please note that all bed linens, towels, and hand soap will be provided by the venue.

Jimbo's Rooms & Meals Rates/Info

Here is a list of things you might want to bring with you to make your day/weekend more enjoyable: - Folding/camp Chairs (there are beds in the cabins, but no chairs).- Umbrella and/or Raingear (hopefully you won't need it, but better safe than sorry!)- Warm fleece/sweatshirt for the campfire (it's the Adirondacks and will most likely get chilly) Comfy warm clothes is the attire all weekend other than the wedding which is formal attire!- Cooler for snacks and drinks - Jimbo's is a camp and not a traditional hotel so it does not have many of the amenities one might be accustomed to, such as ice machines and mini fridges. There is a Stewart's right off of exit 25 for ice. Stock up!- Water bottle/tumbler for your alcohol. Jimbos won't let you walk around with a beer or alcoholic beverage that's not purchased through them unless at a cabin/room.- Please bring a hair dryer if you need one-Extra bed blankets and pillows for the beds in the Cabin rooms, not lodges.*Please note that all bed linens, towels, and hand soap will be provided by the venue.-Shampoo/Conditioner (toiletries)- Snacks and drinks for your cabin/room- The bonfire (weather permitting) will be in the sand, so bring flats or comfier shoes to change into.

Things to bring to Jimbo's

*Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Jimbo's. You can't walk around with an open beer, wine or mixed drink if not purchased from Jimbo's bar. If staying in a lodge or cabin you may bring a cooler and drink your own alcoholic beverages in or near your cabin/room. Do not worry... we have a solution! To be able to drink your own alcoholic beverages freely and wherever on the property, please bring a closed mug or water bottle, such as a Yeti tumbler with a lid so they do not know what you are drinking :) problem solved! *If staying in a cabin, bed sheets and comforters will be provided. Please bring extra blankets and pillows if you wish. It may get chilly and we do not have extra bedding for people. Each cabin typically has a queen or king bed and multiple bunks/singles. *Not all cabins/lodges have mini fridges so please bring a cooler with ice for things that need to be kept cold. *No microwaves in the rooms. *There is free Wi-Fi available. *No TV's in the cabins or lodges. *No keys will be provided for the cabins/rooms. This way no one can get locked out. Venue policy. Please be sure to keep important things locked in your cars/trucks. *Other than dressing up for the wedding feel free to dress comfy/casual all weekend. We love sweatpants and sweatshirts! It may be chilly, especially by the bonfire after the wedding, so bring warmer clothes. Also bring a raincoat in case it rains. *Summary of Facility RulesWe request that you and your guests respect and refrain from damaging the property. Smoking is not allowed in any building at the Facility. You may smoke outside. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the facility. Furthermore, no guest is allowed in the water, or on the dock system, or in any other unauthorized area unless previous arrangements have been made in writing with the Facility and the Facility’s staff members are present and have indicated that the area is open for use. The Facility, as a licensee, is responsible for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with New York State laws and regulation. The Facility reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at the Function who (a) appears to be intoxicated, or (b) does not produce, to Facility’s satisfaction, adequate proof that such guest is 21 years of age. Furthermore, no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto our premises for any banquet or affair.
