As much as we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration so everyone can unwind and enjoy the evening to the fullest. We kindly ask that all guests be 18 or older, unless your invitation states otherwise. Thank you for planning ahead and arranging care for the kiddos we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’d love for you to dress up and celebrate in style with us! Our wedding dress code is formal attire think long gowns for ladies and suit and tie for gentlemen. Outside of the wedding festivities, if you’re staying for the weekend, feel free to kick back and dress comfortably.

Because space is limited, we’re only able to welcome guests who are formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding!

While we adore all furry companions, we kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the property. Thank you for understanding!

Please let us know about any food allergies as soon as you receive your invitation and decide to attend. If you have specific dietary preferences, we kindly ask that you share those with us as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Yes! We have space to accommodate up to 130 guests, with cozy cabins and lodge rooms available to reserve directly at Jimbo’s. We highly recommend staying on-site, everything is within walking distance, and we want to ensure everyone can celebrate safely without the need to drive after drinking. Reservations are first come, first served, and each room includes a private bath or shower. Once you let us know whether you’ll be staying one or two nights, we’ll secure your spot. For those opting to stay elsewhere, nearby hotels will be listed under the “Travel” section on our website, though no room blocks will be provided. Guests booking outside Jimbo’s will be responsible for arranging their own accommodations. Please note: transportation will not be provided.

Absolutely! Meals will be available right at Jimbo’s. Friday evening features a Rehearsal Dinner exclusively for invited guests. If you’re staying over Friday but not attending the dinner, we’ve curated a list of excellent nearby dining spots under the “Things to Do” section on the website. Once we confirm who’s staying at Jimbo’s, we’ll reach out to see if you’d like to add breakfast or brunch to your stay for Saturday and/or Sunday. If you opt in, the cost will be added to your room charge. We’ll need a head count for each cabin or room, and menus for each meal will be shared with participating guests. Please note: meal pricing is finalized weeks in advance. If you sign up for breakfast but later choose not to attend, the charge will still apply. If you didn’t opt in, we won’t be able to accommodate you for breakfast or brunch, as we’re working with a fixed head count
