What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will start at 5:30 pm. Please arrive at 5 pm!
What is the dress code?
Our wedding will be formal attire.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard with a tent covering. The cocktail hour will be indoors next door to the courtyard. The reception will also be outside with a tent covering. The lobby is next door if you need to step inside or use the restroom.
What will the weather be like?
The average high temperature is 72 degrees this time of year! It can get chilly at night but we will have heaters and a fire going to keep you warm!
How do I get to the venue?
Everything will be taking place at Hotel Covington! There is no need to drive once parked for the ceremony.
Does the venue have parking?
Parking does cost $20 per day if you park through the hotel valet. There is a parking garage that costs $12 per day just around the corner for self park. The address is 27 E Pike St Covington, KY 41011. It is $5 if you just want to stay for the day and not overnight at the same garage. There is plenty of street parking nearby as well!
What is the wedding day timeline?
The ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before. Cocktail hour will be from 6 pm to 7 pm followed by the reception. The reception will end at 11 pm. There is no after party, but the hotel bar is open until 2 am if you wish to continue to celebrate.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
There will be an open bar during both cocktail hour and the reception. Soft drinks will also be available. Light appetizers will be served during cocktail hour. There will be a buffet with multiple options for dinner. Late night snacks will be available later in the evening. Donuts will be served for dessert!
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
Please let us know if have any allergies or restrictions after the invitations are sent out. There will be a space to put that information with your RSVP!
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar with the cocktail hour and the reception. Soft drinks will also be available!
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

What if the hotel becomes fully booked?
There is not expected to be a problem with the hotel filling up. However, on the off chance it does fill up, there are other hotel options under the travel tab!
