How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope.
Please RSVP before September 23, 2024.
Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.
If you are unable to attend we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:00-3:45pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, we'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal attire. We recommend blazers, slacks, dresses, etc. No jeans please!
Please do not wear white, ivory, or cream-colored attire. Let the bride have her special day.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors in a heated barn. We recommend a light jacket for the ceremony as it will be late October. In the event of inclement weather, we will hold the ceremony indoors.
How do we get to the venue? Is there parking?
There is complimentary guest parking at the venue. Staff will be on location to direct cars where to park. We will also have a shuttle available that will take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. But, if you'd prefer, please feel free to drive, or you can schedule an Uber or Lyft.
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
What if I can't make it?
Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will Not Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify the Bride's mother Kim at (513) 378-5299.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm. If you happen to be late, our on-site coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you then! Thank you for understanding!
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes!
Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving, so please plan accordingly. The Buckeye Barn does not allow vehicles to be parked at their venue overnight so please think about carpooling or taking the shuttle provided by the venue back to the hotel.
Will there be a bar?
Yes! Beer, wine, two speciality cocktails and non alcoholic beverages are on us!
Can I bring my own adult beverages?
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises.
Are pets welcome?
We kindly ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home so you can enjoy a night out.
I have some questions about your registry...
We live in a small apartment at the moment, so we unfortunately don't have enough room for many fancy new gadgets or furniture we may want. While we have a small handful of items on the registry, we would greatly appreciate a donation to our New Home or Honeymoon Funds in lieu of a gift. Thank you so much!
