The Westin Mount Laurel
$179 for a Standard Room with 1 King Bed
$189 for a Standard Room with 2 Queen Beds
The block is for Wednesday, October 21st and Thursday, October 22nd. Guests are not required to stay both nights.
The cutoff date for the room block is Wednesday, September 21st, 2026. Any remaining rooms in the block will be released for general sale and bookings will no longer be available at the discounted block rate.
Transportation will be offered by Ace Limousine & Airport Service. Due to the turnaround time, only one shuttle will be offered to the venue. At the end of the night, we will offer an early loop to the hotel one hour prior to the end and at the end of the reception.
Ace Limousine & Airport Service
Shuttling will be provided from the hotel to the venue. The turnaround time is about 40-45 minutes from Hotel to Venue so there will be ONE shuttle at the start of the day, ONE early departure prior to the end of the reception and ONE shuttle at the end of the reception to the hotel.
Transportation will NOT be provided for the after party if one occurs.
