How do I get to and from Birch Wood Vineyards?

Transportation will be provided to and from the hotels. Pick-up and drop-off locations will be at the main entrance of The Holiday Inn and LaQuinta. Pick-up and Drop off at The Artisan Hotel will be at the Parking Lot Hotel entrance. Please ask the front desk where the buses will be located. Transporation at each hotel will depart at 4:30PM promptly. The shuttles will depart Birch Wood Vineyards at 10:00PM, 10:30PM, 11:00PM and 11:30PM.

Is there parking at Birch Wood Vineyards?
Yes! Parking is available and you may leave your car overnight if you wish. There are Ubers in the area as well.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors pending weather conditions. Should weather prevent an outdoor ceremony, it will be held indoors.
Cocktail hour will be outdoor/indoor.
The reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional.

What does this mean?

We ask the gentlemen to wear tuxedos or dark colored suits.

We ask ladies to wear midi to floor length outfits. Please no bright colors.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we respectfully ask that no children attend.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner.
