Bozeman is quite a tourist destination, which makes accommodations relatively easy to come by. We recommend booking as soon as you can, as June is a popular time to visit.
 We have room blocks set up at the first two hotels on the list below, The Element and the Hampton Inn. Please use the provided link for a discount at both. Car rentals are generally easy, and there is Uber/Lyft available. There is also Turo as a great car rental option. If you wanted to bring your camper, there are plenty of camping sites and RV parks scattered in the area. We will list a few below, from hook-up sites to off-grid locations.
With our venue being outside of Bozeman, there are quite a few options for lodging based on what you want your weekend to include. You could:
-Stay in Bozeman. This will be the town with more activity: hotels, airport, airbnbs, activities, food, central to anything in the area. Central to many fly fishing rivers and access to Big Sky. This would be our recommendation for the best well-rounded trip.
-Stay in Livingston. I would recommend this if you are only coming for the wedding, as there are less amenities than Bozeman. It is closer to the venue and would make a shorter drive home after the wedding. Located along the Yellowstone River and closer to Yellowstone National Park as well.
-Stay in a vacation rental in Paradise Valley/Gardiner, MT. This would be a good place if you wanted a more rustic/mountainous/relaxation based trip. Also would be a great home base if you wanted to make the trip revolve around a Yellowstone tour. Would be the lesser commute after our wedding.
-Stay in Big Sky if you wanted to plan more activities around the resort town. This would add 45 more minutes on your drive to the venue, which would be quite the haul. This would be a good option if you wanted to do a few days in Bozeman and then a few days in Big Sky.
If you are only coming for the wedding, we'd recommend staying in Bozeman or Livingston due to hotel room availability. We will supply a shuttle option back to Bozeman after the reception, so if you would like this, be sure to respond appropriately on your RSVP. We hope you can make this trip work for you!
