The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later 4:45pm to guarantee access into the ceremony.

The ceremony will be held indoors at the stables at Bear Brook Valley. The stables are a separate building across the parking lot from the venue.

The full wedding will be held indoors, with the option to spend time on the outdoor patio for cocktail hour & the reception. These areas will be heated.

Yes, there will be busses to and from the venue. To get to the ceremony, a first shuttle bus will arrive at 4pm at the hotel to pick guests up and drop them off at the venue. There will be a second bus arriving at 4:15pm to take a second group of guests to the venue, as well. At the end of the wedding reception, there will be two busses that arrive at 11pm to bring guests back to the hotel at night. Please Note: If you miss these times, you are responsible for finding your own transportation to and from the venue.

Formal attire. Ladies should opt for floor-length evening gowns or chic cocktail dresses in subdued, rich colors. Men are advised to don classic, well-tailored suits or tuxedos, accompanied by a crisp dress shirt, polished dress shoes, and a coordinating tie or bowtie. Accessories such as tasteful jewelry and refined clutches or handbags for women, and polished cufflinks and a sleek watch for men, add the finishing touches. Please avoid wearing any white, ivory or cream colors.

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. I you'd prefer to mail your gifts to the bride and groom, you are more than welcome to do that, as well.

The ceremony will take place from 5 - 5:30pm in the stables. Cocktail hour will take place from 5:30 - 7pm downstairs inside the main entrance of Bear Brook Valley. The reception will take place from 7 - 11pm upstairs in the ballroom at Bear Brook Valley.
