All events on the wedding day are located in the Columbia Club. The ceremony will be on the first floor, the cocktail hour will be on the third floor, and the reception will be on the 10th floor. Don't worry - elevators are available for transportation between floors!

Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, the only children in attendance will be our flower girl and ring bearer. Please give your kiddos an extra hug from us and plan to enjoy a kid-free night! Thank you for your understanding.

We recommend utilizing the Columbia Club's valet parking for $20 per car. There is a parking garage located close to the venue, or street parking is typically available throughout downtown Indianapolis.

There are a wide range of hotel options available in downtown Indianapolis. Hotel blocks have been arranged at the Columbia Club (the location of the reception) and Hilton Garden Inn (a quick 500 foot walk from the Columbia Club). Other nearby hotels to consider include Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel and Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre (there are not hotel blocks arranged at these locations).

Cocktail attire is requested for wedding ceremony and reception.
