What time should guests arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. All guests please arrive by 330pm.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony and reception will all take place inside at the Delafield Hotel on Saturday, August 15th, 2026. Location details are located on the TRAVEL TAB on our wedding website.
Where are you registered?
We will be registered at Amazon and Home Depot. Potentially more to come in the near future!
Will food be served? What kind?
Yes, there will be a chicken, pork, salmon and vegetarian option. Dinner will be served via plated items. There will be on open bar during parts of cocktail hour and the wedding reception.
When is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline June 26th, 2026. Invitations will be sent out in the last week of April. To RSVP, please do so online, by the response card attached to the invitation or both. Plus one will be notified by a "and Plus One" attached to the name on the invitation.
Are phones/cameras allowed during the ceremony?
We would like our guests to be fully present for our ceremony, therefore, this will be an "unplugged" ceremony and no cameras will be allowed until cocktail hour. Thank you for your understanding!
I plan to stay for the night. How do I book my hotel room?
We currently have one block (15 total rooms) at the Delafield hotel and one (10 total rooms) at the La Quinta in town. If you plan to stay at either one, please call the number of the hotel (listed in the travel section) and ask for Leach/Levitt block. They will be able to assist you!
What is the parking situation?
For those that will be driving to the venue, there will be adequate parking in front of the venue along with complimentary valet starting at 330pm on Saturday, 8/15/2026.
