The wedding ceremony will be on the beach and will begin at 2pm. Please arrive at the beach 15 minutes early at 1:45pm. -Shoes optional

Photos of the newlyweds along with friends and family will be taken from 2:45-3:45 on the beach. Please stick around after the ceremony to take photos and bring your best smile!

Sammi and Joshua will be having a cocktail hour with family and friends at the Hotel Bar as first drinks as newlyweds.

A semi-private dinner for Family and Friends will be available from 5pm-6:30pm. This will also be when the newlyweds will be doing their cake cutting ceremony, sparkling wine toast and asking guests of honour to do their speeches.

Sammi and Josh have planned a private tequila tasting for guests of the wedding at the resort from 6:30-7pm. Much like wine tastings, tequila tastings gives guests a chance to try several different types of tequila, comparing them and deciding which one they like the most.

The Riu Parties are iconic pool and dance parties that are located on resort. They do themed parties on certain days and the theme for the wedding date will be "white party" where everyone dresses in white. The parties include drinks, food, and lots of entertainment such as foam cannons, go-go dancers, acrobats and many other incredible forms of entertainment. The parties are large as other Riu Hotels in the area are encouraged to participate and are shuttled in or walk over from next door to attend. Please Note: There will be a private booth/section reserved specifically for the wedding party for those attending. Attendance for the Riu Party is not mandatory for the wedding party but highly encouraged to dance the night away with the newly married couple along with family and friends.
