We want everyone to enjoy themselves and have a wonderful time. That being said, we wanted to add a note of some considerations that we feel are important to be mindful of as you plan to come and celebrate with us. Alcohol: Will be available at the Cocktail 45, and Reception times. We are not providing transportation to and from the event. Water will be provided. Please drink responsibly and be safe in your travels home. We love you.
Food: We are mainly engaging in a menu that is mainly Gluten Free, however as an allergy consideration, there will be a selection of desserts which may include high allergen items such as peanuts or coconut or seed fruits. If you have a serious food allergy, please make us aware so we can be extra considerate to make sure you can be included.
Children: Some RSVP’ers may notice that there are spaces to reserve for your invited children. We did want to create an opportunity for them to join us, but please understand we are not providing a designated children’s coordinator, though we will sneak in some child friendly games and activities involved in the Reception. Please keep in mind that there will be other guests drinking alcohol, that contained flame and small pieces of decor that are not child friendly and potential choking hazards will be present on the table. Stonebrook has beautiful gardens and the capacity to host multiple events on open grounds and we want them to enjoy the space, but not be in a position to upset other celebrations that are occurring. If you perceive this may be a difficult setting for your kiddo to be safe and have a good time in, please make wise choices. Parents or accompanying guardians are responsible for youth and if there are disturbances or damages caused by any age of party goer, this party will be asked to leave.
Have fun, be smart and respectful. Thank you loved ones.
