Sometimes life is funny about the way it reminds you that yes,

The world is small, but the possibilities are so great.

That has been the wonder of Sam's and my relationship. For most of our lives we weren't that far apart. We had a lot of similarities in our background, grew up in the same areas, we knew some of the same people. In all the similarities, there were also the differences, and we somehow managed to not come to know of the others existence until it was the perfect opportunity to fall head over heels into love and deep partnership.

We met through a random collaboration of mutual friends and after a few months of a lot of eye-flirtations, and getting to see some of the light and depth to each other that we stopped telling ourselves no and took our relationship to the next level.

Our first really real date was the Renaissance Festival in Colorado in 2018, and in that we each discovered the others passion for so many things that stemmed from that one root idea that it has been a beacon of celebration for us. Which is a big reason why we decided that would be the most delightful way to celebrate our decision to spend the rest of

our lives together!

We are so excited about everything the future holds and are very much looking forward to sharing our commitment ceremony with you, our loved ones, all there to hold us in supportive spirit of this journey!
