SHUTTLE BUS SCHEDULE:

One 50 person shuttle bus will be circling to and from the venue (Stone Tower Winery), departing ONLY from the Homewood Inn and Suites in Leesburg

2:20pm- First Shuttle to Venue Departs

3:30pm - Last shuttle to Venue Departs

* If you miss the shuttle, you can drive to the venue, and park overnight without any charge. Please do not drink and drive.

Shuttle from Stone Tower Winery back to Homewood Inn and Suites:

9:00pm - First Shuttle back to hotel departs

11:00pm - Last shuttle back to hotel departs

*You can take the bus on demand up until 8pm (if you want to leave earlier than 9pm)

Live Music!

Spanky's will provide shuttles back to local hotels if needed

Food and Beverage available to purchase - kitchen is open until midnight

COVID PRECAUTIONS AND INFORMATION

* Everyone attending the wedding is required to be vaccinated. Only exceptions to being unvaccinated is age (under 5), and if directed by your physician. If you are unvaccinated, please notify the bride and groom.

*Masks are required during the ceremony, and optional during the reception. There will be disposable masks provided if needed. Hand sanitizer will be available as well.

*The ceremony and reception are indoors, but there will be an outdoor lounging and standing area for the reception if you desire (weather permitting). Dress Warm!

*There will be a separate room for children during the reception so the unvaccinated children will not be around unmasked adults. There will be a babysitter in this room watching the kids during the reception with games and things to entertain. A modified kids menu will be served for dinner in this room.
