We have a block of 10 hotel rooms reserved at the Ramada by Wyndham Westlock for our guests. Please note that you are responsible for booking your own room and that they are on a first come first served basis. Use group code Sandra & Trevor Dickie upon booking to ensure that you get the discounted rate of $139.99 per night. Each room has 2 queen beds and accommodates 4 people. The hotel is located roughly 25 minutes from the venue.

Check in is at 3:00pm however we have requested an earlier check in around 1:30pm for guests (please state you need an early check in upon booking) in order to take advantage of transportation that will be provided from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony as well as from the venue back to the hotel after the reception. We hope this will alleviate any stress of having to go back to the venue to pick up your vehicle the next morning or having to check in at 2:00am.
