This wedding is 10 years in the making! The year was 2012 and 18 year olds Sara and Aaron were moving into the Clifton Hall dorms at the California College of the Arts before their freshman orientation. The following evening everyone was adjusting to living life on their own. Aaron had put a frozen pizza in the oven for dinner but realized with dismay that he did not have oven mitts. Aaron turned to Sara for help and asked “Do you have an oven mitt?” These would be the first words shared between the two and would ultimately be what started the year long friendship that is the foundation of Sara and Aaron’s relationship. It took the course of a school year to realize that the love these two shared was deeper than friendship, and they have been together ever since.

On Sara and Aaron’s 10 year anniversary, Aaron presented Sara with a gift. That gift was a ring and a proposal to spend the rest of their lives together. We are so excited to be able to celebrate this decade long love with all our friends and family. See you all on May 18, 2024!
